Wines: Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Red Wine, Merlot, & Cabernet Sauvignon Long, sunny days. The perfect blend of clean water, micro nutrients and fresh mountain air. Dramatic
hillside views of the Columbia River. Our Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes have the great
good fortune of being raised in the Dionysus Vineyard, part of Walla Walla's fabled Sagemoor Vineyards.
Under the watchful eye of the Sagemoor experts, our grapes enjoy the best of modern technology and old
-world care. We, on the other hand, enjoy working closely with the vineyard to achieve our personal flavor profile.
Producing from small lots and estate vineyards allows us to ensure the quality of our grapes — and make wines that maintain their balance from field to bottle.

Wines: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, & Syrah Spring Valley Vineyard is a limited production facility, producing only Estate grown and bottled red wine. The names given to our wines are a
tribute to the family members who have struggled and succeeded in farming the same land where Spring Valley Vineyard now flourishes.
Spring Valley Vineyard is situated 12 miles northeast of Walla Walla, spread amid the picturesque wheat fields of southeastern Washington with the Blue Mountains providing the backdrop. The terroir demonstrates a mesoclimate that is ideally suited for growing wine grapes. The
unique microclimate of Spring Valley also allows the grapes to develop their own distinct characteristics.
Jimgermanbar 119 Main Street
Waitsburg, WA 99361 509-337-6001 Hours: 6pm-12am Thursday-Monday Website
Jimgermanbar serves etruscan snacks and classic cocktails featuring fresh organic produce, meat and cheese. With the sage-like help of our friend Leroy Cunningham
(master woodworker and restauranteur) we have been able to build our ideal bar; visually stunning and ergonomic to work in. One of the main design features of the
jimgermanbar stems from recycling the remodel itself. After the tremendous amount of
lumber mined from the demolition of the previous cafe, the re-milled red fir and pine have been used for the bar, tables and benches.
Jimgermanbar also offers a hand built Blumenstein sound system, which gives a crisp tone to all of our eclectic music.
